1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hyper King Telugu Gamer / HK Stores (hyperkingtelugugamer.com). By registering an account, placing an order, or browsing our website, you agree to comply with all applicable terms and regulations.

2. Account Registration & Email Verification

To access member discounts, tracking, and mystery reward drops, you must create an account. In accordance with our security guidelines:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal and delivery information.
• Email Verification Requirement: All new registrations require mandatory email verification via a 6-digit code or secure link before full account activation.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and password.

3. Merchandise Orders & Pricing

All prices listed on HK Stores are in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST/taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to limit the order quantity on any product or discontinue items without prior notice.
• In the event of an inadvertent pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
• Promotional discount codes (such as HK10) are valid according to their individual terms and cannot be combined unless explicitly allowed.

4. Payments & Security

Payments are securely collected via PayU. We support UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, NetBanking, and Wallets. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, merchandise artwork, graphics, streaming content, and branding elements associated with Hyper King Telugu Gamer and HK Stores are the exclusive intellectual property of the creator. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

HK Stores shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our merchandise or platform. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
